Jonathan Chapman, 45, was under the influence of alcohol and refused to leave the library after causing a disturbance.
Police were called and he gave them the name of Jason Bourne, a character of Robert Ludlum’s best-selling book series. Chapman also provided a false social security number.
He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge for resisting an officer without violence.
