Tallahassee, Florida, police arrested the daughter of Florida Governor Jeb Bush in January 2002. Noelle Bush was charged with trying to fill a phony prescription for Xanax; she subsequently entered a court-ordered drug treatment program. Six months after her arrest, she was arrested again when a counselor found unauthorized medications in her possession. In October of that same year, she violated her treatment program again, and an Orlando judge ordered her back into jail.
